AI Detector Report Not Showing

How do I enable the AI Detector Report in Turnitin? The similarity report is visible, but the AI report is missing. Can you please guide me on how to activate it? Thank you.

    The free preview ended at the end of December 2023. I would first recommend checking with your account administrator to see whether your institution has purchased AI detection starting in January 2024. This would be the first step you can take internally. If they have, be certain that they have enabled it.
