New Standard Assignment Submitted Numbers Not Showing on Class Page
I just created an assignment using the new assignment mode, and when I look at the assignment on the class home page, the Status column does not show the number of submitted assignments. It just shows "NA." I am using Turnitin.com through my browser on a Windows desktop, and another assignment in the same class that uses the old assignment mode displays the submitted numbers correctly. Thanks!

Good question — and thanks for pointing this out.
We connected with our Product Team on this topic, and what you're seeing is a known limitation with the new standard assignment type. At the moment, the status column does not display submission counts the way it does with the legacy assignment. As a workaround for now, you'll need to open the assignment inbox to view who has or hasn’t submitted.
The good news is that this is something the team is actively looking to address. We know how important that visibility is for instructors, and we appreciate your patience as improvements continue to roll out.
