Students can't log in

I have students who are trying to login and join my class, but they continue to see this 403 error. This has been an ongoing issue since last Wednesday. When I manually enter them into the class, they are still not able to log in. Help?

    Thanks for reaching out! A 403 error can sometimes happen due to browser issues. We recommend clearing the browser’s cache and cookies. You can follow the steps in our Turnitin  Help Center guide: How to resolve browser-related issues.

    If the error continues after trying these steps, please reach out to your school’s Turnitin administrator or submit a ticket to Turnitin Support so they can review this further. Hope this helps!
