Teachers Unable to Create New Classes
I am writing on behalf of my department for Turnitin. For some reason, we are unable to create classrooms to upload student work. Is there something we're not doing? Something not uploaded? Please any guidance would be wonderful.

This sounds really frustrating. I'm not sure, exactly, what is happening for your department, so it might behoove you to directly open a ticket and explain it, in detail, to our team. From there, I'm hopeful that they can help you take next steps:

Additionally, we have a Resource Center for the Next Generation of Turnitin Feedback Studio, where we have loads of information, including upgrading to LTI 1.3 or enabling the new assignment type. Perhaps there is something here that would be of assistance:
