Unable to View Submissions

We have a teacher whose papers were submitted through our LMS (Blackbaud) with Turn It In connected to the assignment. Turn It In shows the submission in my administrative file submissions, but the teacher is not able to view the assignments for grading. How can the teacher get access to the students files.

    Same - at least two English teachers reported yesterday that all students' papers (since school started in August 2025) have disappeared. Who knows the Turnitin tech help email? TIA!
