How much time does Turnitin takes to check AI and Similarity, because it takes sometime one hour sometime one day for me

Great question! Uploaded files can typically take around 10–15 minutes to process and generate a Similarity Report under normal conditions. However, if you overwrite or resubmit your file, it may take up to 24 hours for a new report to generate so the system can process it correctly without matching it to your previous draft.
