Delete a rubric from an account or mark it as "inactive"

Some of our staff have been using Turnitin for almost 20 years and have many, many rubrics listed in their accounts which have been updated but cannot be removed since they have been used in an old assignment.

If would be useful to be able to delete these from a particular account, even if they had to be allocated to the admin account, or if they were somehow able to be marked as inactive so that they no longer show up in the list of actively used rubrics as staff often attach the wrong rubric and need to change this, often after some or all marking has been done by someone unaware that the rubric has been updated due to Learning Outcomes changing or simple spelling mistake.
