Administrator-No Add Class Button?

Greetings,

I am the administrator of our school's account.  Why do I not have an "Add Class" button.

      Greetings  ,

      As I am the administrator for our account, this answer does not help me at all.  I am not locked out of my account, there is no higher administrator than me.  Am I allowed to make a class for my students or not?
