Instructor passwords

Hi all. Can I as an administrator change an instructor's password? If so, how do I do this?

    From the admin side I don't think so, you can drop them or lock them out but not change the account password. They just need to go to the login page and click the "Forgot your password? Click here." link.

      Kathy Williams Hi Kathy, Thanks for the reply. My colleague has tried the 'forgot your password' but still no luck which is why I hoped it might be possible from the admin side. We'll keep looking for solutions!

      Kerry Gittins the admin should at least be able to confirm the account info - sometimes we have users with difficulty resetting their password and the cause ends up being a wrong email.
