Feedback Studio - high resolution slow to load

Hi everyone,

I'm hoping that someone can give me some help with this, if it's solvable.

I have a Macbook Pro with Retina, so the display is very clear.  When I use FS with regular resolution, it is slightly blurry and hard to read.  However, when I use the high res, I can't quickly scroll through an essay because it takes a few seconds to load each section.  Even though a few seconds doesn't sound like a big problem, multiplied by the number of times I do it, it adds up to a fair bit of time.  And, naturally, it's annoying to have to stop and wait for loading.

It is also slower to highlight in high res.

This does not happen with any other webpages or programmes, so it seems like it's a problem specifically with this function in TII.

It doesn't happen on an iPad, which seems to be automatically in high res, but for a variety of reasons, I prefer to use my computer.

Any thoughts?  Is there some easy settings solution that I don't know about?

Thank you!

Update: Support couldn't find a reason for this.  My workaround is too use Firefox, although now that's starting to give me trouble, too.  :(
