Single submission not getting scanned for plagiarism

I have uploaded a single file (PDF or DOCX) and three times now, turnitin won't scan it for plagiarism, or give it a score. Under the Similarity column, there is nothing but an empty box. I am able to upload it just fine, I don't get any error messages at all, but for some strange reason I never see a plagiarism score, nor is a report for that file ever generated.

 

Suggestions?
