Using Turnitin as part of a LTI 1.3 into our VLE

Have you seen this error appear. The user has cleared their cache on the browser but still the error appears and wants to use their specific browser and not change browsers

    If you’ve already tried clearing your browser cache, you can try these additional troubleshooting steps:

    • Fully close the browser window or tab and re‑open the assignment.

    • Try using a different browser.
