Students Cannot Access Feedback
Not all my students find a link to click on to get their essay feedback on Canvas. The little hourglass is not updating. Many students have accessed their work feedback, but some essays with feedback must be downloaded on my end and sent along through email or Canvas message.

Hi there,
Since some students can access their feedback while others cannot, we'd recommend reaching out to your institution's Turnitin administrator so they can investigate further
In the meantime, you can refer to our Grading Turnitin assignments in Canvas guide for more information on how feedback is returned to students.
