Bug in Turnitin? Not Able to Delete Comments

Hello everyone,

I'm really only posting here because there seems to be a bug in Turnitin, and I don't know where to report it.  I haven't been able to delete comments all day.  When I try to delete a comment, a pop-up comes up that says Delete Error: the request failed because this item does not exist or is not available to you.  To be clear, I'm just trying to delete comments the way that I usually would.  I'm not trying to delete QuickMark comments that I've since unsaved.

Is anyone else having this issue?

    I am having this issue as well! Thank goodness it is not only me!

      Kimberly Nichols glad I'm not alone too!  Thanks for raising something with Turnitin support.  For future reference, where did you go to do that?

      Gill Rowell - No, the Support Team has not resolved the issue yet.  I raised a ticket, they reached out for details and I have not heard back.  And this morning, I still cannot delete comments - as you can see in the image below - I have a ton of papers to grade, and can't get anywhere unless this gets fixed! HELP!

    Hi there! 

    I am brand new to this blog, but have been using this platform for years and love it!  Do you guys get an error message when a student is logging in that there are too many people in the class?  What do you do?  Thank you!

    Yes!  I can't delete a comment.  It won't link to text or allow me to link the remark to my rubric.  This is so frustrating. I set aside today and tomorrow to grade essays as we are on a break.  UGH!!!
