How to add a second instructor?
Hi. Is there a way to add another instructor to already made classes so that the second instructor can also view plagiarism scores of a submitted assignment?

Karen Smith Hi. I cannot see the option to add the excel sheet on my screen. Is it possible to provide a screenshot of where I should be clicking?

Here is a screenshot from the account administrator's view -- see in black on the top it says "administrator." I've clicked on the instructor tab on the left (it's highlighted in blue) and towards the bottom of this screenshot on the right, you'lll see "upload list."

Karen Smith I had previously contacted the IT person at my school who has an admin account, and she said that she did not have access to a teacher's turnitin to add someone else as an instructor to that teacher's account. I'm not sure what to do.

Kathy Huynh If you share the help notes with the person who has an admin account (and the spreadsheet you're trying to upload), they should be able to do it. The screenshot above is from my test account's administrator view. Direct them to the instructor tab on the left and the upload list tab on the right.

Karen Smith Hello, the IT department just got back to me. They said the help guide link is just to create an account for an instructor; it doesn't add someone who is already an instructor to another instructor's class also as an instructor. What else can be done? Thank you.

I think that the best thing for you to do is to have them email tiisupport@turnitin.com. They are used to helping people with such requests and can walk your IT/account admin through the process.
