No Add Class Button showing up

My account show I have more people I can inter to use this app. but shows all of my classes expired and the add a new class button isn't showing up on the homepage.

    Hello Brian. Please reach out to your Turnitin administrator within your institution to assist you with this. You can also visit our Help Article "Creating a class"

    i have the same issue. Cannot add new class
