On the site at user info section I tried to activate quick submit, but I can't acces to change the "no" to a "yes". Could someone help?

For a case like this, we recommend contacting your institution’s Turnitin administrator. They’ll be able to look into this further and provide the best possible guidance. In some cases, your institution’s Turnitin administrator may also be able to change or enable the relevant settings for your account.
