Add Class Button is not showing

I logged in to my account and i cant see add class on the main page.

    Adnan Farooq This is strange! Are you accessing Turnitin directly, ie not via any integration such as Moodle etc? Also please check you are logged in as an Instructor. If you are able to send a screenshot that would be helpful too.

    is this problem solve?

    Bcoz for me also since morning this ADD class button is not visible.

    I am not able to do anything.

    Can someone please help

       Rachana Patil Are you still experiencing this issue? Are you able to send a screenshot? Also, as above, how are you accessing Turnitin, is it direct or via an integration?

    Hello, my 'add class' button is not available. I signed in directly through the website and google log in for a public school instructor account.

      NICOLE LEE Here is the help page documentation for this issue. If you check with your institution's account administrator and find that your instructor account is currently linked to the institution, then you or the account administrator can email the Support team at tiisupport@turnitin.com.

    Has there been any solution to this? Aside from linking to pages that don't exist anymore?

      Hi Daniel! If an instructor user has not accessed Turnitin within the previous 6 month period, for security and data privacy purposes, the password will expire, and the instructor users' access to the institution's Turnitin account(s) will become locked.

      To regain access the Instructor user will need to reset their password and the Administrator of the account(s) will need to manually unlock the instructor via the instructor management list.

      Upon successful login, if access to the institution's Turnitin account(s) has not been manually unlocked the instructor may see the following:

      For instructors with active classes 'You have been locked out of the account, please contact your account administrator'.

      For instructors with no active classes, the above message will not be displayed, however, the ‘Add Class’ button will not be available whilst the account remains locked.

      Please note: Administrators also have the ability to manually lock an instructor's access to the account and the same notifications will be displayed.
