Draft coach integration

Is a sub-administrator account able to setup the draft coach integration?  I am our turnitin administrator but don't have access to our Office 365 console to be able to setup the integration.  I can add our IT staff as sub-administrators, but am not sure if that gives them sufficient access to be able to setup the draft coach integration.

    Mark Krueger Please refer to the following guidance on setting up access to Draft Coach. You will need to gain access to your institution's Office 365 Admin Console in order to do this. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask.
