I've just been looking at Bibliography and quote exclusion definitions | LTI (turnitin.com) (I'm guessing that though that includes LTI 1.1 as it's referring to Feedback studio, it's identical for LTI 1.3, BB plugins etc) 

Are the markers noted in here, in particular indented text as long as you've submitted word; the range of quotation marks (but not 'single' ) those before or after the recent update? 

If after, what is new? I know the last time I'd really looked at it, 'single' speech marks didn't work, but also indentation wasn't picked up (unless I'd not twigged it was indentation is, but only if you upload Word, as I know that a lot of staff encourage students to use .pdf, as it retains a lot of the more complex formatting.
