hi. I am unable to add new class as all my existing classes expired and not able to update them. please guide anyone

    We recently had a similar issue. Try having your admin go into the instructors' tab and make sure that your status is marked "active."

    It sounds like your access is restricted due to all your existing classes being expired. Here's what you can do:

    1. Check if there's an option to renew or reactivate expired classes in your system or portal.

    2. If that's not possible, you may need administrative assistance to clear or extend expired classes.

    3. Contact the system administrator or support team and request that your expired classes be updated or archived so you can proceed to add a new one.

    You may contact your administrator or just changed the date of your class expiry date.

    Hello Saima!

    It sounds like your account may be locked, which can happen if it hasn’t been accessed in the past 6 months. You’ll need to reset your password, and then your account administrator will need to manually unlock your access.
