This is a recurring issue, and has been prior to the update.

When I click on an assignment with submitted work, the page rarely loads. Often times, it won't load at all.

It currently just gives me the spinning wheel loading screen (see screenshot).

I have tried logging in on multiple computers, and it is the same issue. 

This affects my ability to grade and give feedback to students.

Please help with a solution.
