Quickmarks I created are lost

Last spring I created lots of new quickmarks, but now I can't find them. I wonder if it's because I switched to the new upgraded style of Turnitin. Can you tell me how to find/recover my quickmarks? And how can I make sure I don't lose them again?

    Hello there

This sounds so frustrating!  We know how long educators take to make their own custom Quickmarks.

Here are a few resources for you to check out:

And if neither of those resources offers a solution, we recommend that you reach out directly to Turnitin Support and submit a ticket, so that they can get this fixed for you asap.

    Hope these help!

Hello Rob, your QuickMarks and Rubrics do not migrate over from Classic to New Turnitin, you have to either migrate in bulk or export from Classic and upload to New. There are guides on this, but it depends on which integration you have so I'll leave you to navigate to the relevant guide page 🙂

Laura, it seems like you are basically telling me that I'm on my own to search for the answer. That is not very helpful. I've tried, but haven't found a solution yet. Is it possible to just switch back to Classic? If yes, how would I do that?

I am sorry you did not find that helpful. I don't work for Turnitin and was just advising as a fellow user of Turnitin. There are apparently hundreds of integration types and knowing what yours is and how you use Turnitin would have enabled me to be more specific. I looks like you struggle with self-help, but you are not alone.

Laura, when I answered you, I didn't realize that you didn't work for Turnitin. I'm new to this forum. Anyway, I should have been more courteous. It was kind of you to reply and offer your advice. Thank you.
