In some cases, the service advises that it will provide a Turnitin report confirming that the assignment is 100% plagiarism free from Turnitin.

Are there any indicators on Turnitin reports that would identify that this work had been produced through assignment writing services and that give a warning on what constitutes plagiarism for the end user? I can see how the wording on the marketing would lead learners to believe that having received a report of low - zero plagiarised content that they could then submit this work as their own and this is now acceptable.
