STUDENT'S WORK DELETED
Is there any way to recover student's work that has been deleted? An entire class' work has been deleted, this did not happen in my other 2 classes.

  - I’m so sorry this happened! I can imagine how stressful it must be to see an entire class’ work missing. The first thing I’d recommend is to open a support ticket right away with our team: https://helpcenter.turnitin.com/hc/en-us/requests/new It’s also worth noting that Turnitin recently experienced a temporary AWS-related outage (as mentioned below) which may have impacted submission visibility for some users. In many cases, the work isn’t deleted but temporarily inaccessible; our team can confirm whether that’s the case for your class.   We have had this happen from time to time and Turnitin support have always managed to recover the full inbox. I would advise the you email support to ask for instructions (this may vary depending on the type of integration you have)

  This also just happened to an instructor in my university- students all submitted work but the assignment inbox is empty. I wonder if it could be related to the AWS outage. Turnitin access has been intermittent all morning for us.

  Depending on the type of integration, the Paper Look Up tool could be a solution? 
 So if an instrutor removes it from their course, there should still be an instance of it on Turnitin
