AI Detection unavailable

When uploading student draft dissertations I am getting an "AI Detection unavailable" message.

It's working on shorter documents.

Any ideas why the AI report is not generating?

    Hi
If length isn't the issue, it may be one of the reasons listed here in these help notes.

Thank you - it's strange sometimes it's cutting the 15,000 word limit close (I hope this limit is raised soon, as it's a pain having to divide a thesis or dissertation into two documents in order to check for AI). But in these cases I was referring to all these points in help notes seem to be covered. The only issue I did not check, is that whilst the document is written in English I do not know if the language format on the document has been set  to English would this make a difference?

The technology recognizes the support language. It may be best to raise a support ticket for this issue.
