Now available: Enhanced Turnitin support in Canvas SpeedGrader
Instructors using the Canvas LTI 1.3 integration now have more flexible ways to access Turnitin directly within SpeedGrader, delivering on customer requests to bring integrity insights and feedback tools closer to existing Canvas grading workflows.
With this release, instructors can:
Move between Similarity and AI writing reports, integrity flags, and Turnitin feedback tools in one connected view
Add QuickMarks and pinned feedback while grading in SpeedGrader
Continue scoring student work with their existing Canvas rubrics
Review submitted Turnitin Clarity work without leaving SpeedGrader
This update brings Turnitin’s integrity insights and formative feedback tools into a familiar Canvas workflow, giving instructors greater flexibility in how they grade.
The enhancement is part of the existing Canvas LTI 1.3 integration and does not require institutions to adopt a new integration.
