- As an instructor, I guide my students to use AI ethically by emphasizing principles of responsibility, transparency, and critical thinking. I incorporate discussions on data privacy, algorithmic bias, and the ethical implications of AI-driven decisions into the curriculum. Students are encouraged to evaluate sources of information, respect intellectual property, and use AI tools to support rather than replace their own analytical thinking. We also explore real-world case studies to help them understand both the benefits and potential harms of AI in professional contexts. Above all, I stress the importance of using AI in ways that uphold academic integrity, human dignity, and social justice.
