Paper Lookup Tool let instructors to retrieve and download past papers and grade reports submitted to their courses.

Currently there is no record why they need the access after assessment finished. There should be a record about who accessed the papers and for what reasons, so that system admin and relevant team can review it regularly.

It should work similar to the Reveal Anonymous Author Audit Trial and the Paper Deletion Request workflow.

3. Why is this important to you?

For GDPR we need to make sure the past papers in Turnitin database are not being used beyond it's original intended purpose - i.e., for the assessment in that course and for similarity checking. For any reasons other than these, the access should be limited and monitored but currently there is no control at the system level.
