Inability to create classes and add assignments
I tried accessing TurnItIn.com (I have used it previously) but couldn't log in with my email and password, so I just used sign in through Google. I then created my classes but couldn't add an assignment - there was no way to do it. Then I found a message on the website that explained if I hadn't used my account in the last 6 months, I needed to reset my password and the Administrator of the account will need to manually unlock the instructor via the instructor management list. So, I logged out and reset my password, but the classes I had just set up are not showing up. So, I guess I need to create the classes again, but I have no access to that. Who would be the administrator to unlock the instructor?
