Page keeps freezing
Is there a problem with the Turnitin system? I'm grading in Feedback Studio, and the page keeps freezing as I'm typing comments into QuickMarks. I have to close the window, reload the LTI assignment page in Canvas, and open the student's submission that I was grading again. Then, as soon as I start to type into a QuickMark, it freezes again! I was working 12-4 without any problem, but as of 6:30, nothing but problems. Is it just me? If so, is there someone who can help me? Why doesn't Turnitin have a chat?
