Papers Won't Load

Hello, I am attempting to grade research papers for 5 classes, and I keep getting stuck - when attempting to view the papers for a class, they won't load.  I just keep getting the 'trying to load' symbol.  Help.

    My IT guy helped me do this yesterday, but it did not resolve the issue.
