Evidence of dates of original submissions required

Hi there

 

A member of staff has deleted some student submissions as they were in pdf format and not Powerpoint.

 

How can we access an archive record of student submissions, after they have been removed from the inbox.

 

Evidence of dates of original submissions are required to show that they submitted on time.

    We recommend getting in touch with your institution's Turnitin administrators — they may be able to retrieve information about the original submissions. Alternatively, you can contact the Turnitin Support team directly by emailing tiisupport@turnitin.com.
