Hello Suhalia, thanks for reaching out! If your classes are no longer visible in Turnitin, there are a few possible reasons:

• Class expiry: Classes created through an LMS or directly in Turnitin automatically expire after their set end date, usually 12 months after creation. Expired classes become read-only or may no longer appear in your active list.

• Deleted assignment link: If an LMS assignment link connected to Turnitin was deleted, the associated class may disappear from your instructor view. 

• Account or license updates: Institutional license changes or updates to your instructor account can also affect class visibility.

If the classes aren’t expired or linked to a deleted assignment, we recommend reaching out to your Turnitin administrator for further assistance.
