Feature Request:
Please could the label "Other instructor's rubric" be updated to show who owns it? While Rubrics often have names (e.g. History 2024-25), they are often less useful (e.g. Assignment 1) and without knowing who created it, it can be difficult if there are issues.
If the information about the rubric said "Other instructor's rubric - Bob Smith" - that would allow us to track down that mystery "other instructor"

P.S how can we add tags, (e.g. rubric, request, new feature etc) that don't yet exist.
