Hi all,

I'm trying to submit an assignment via Turnitin, but every attempt ends with the error message:

Error: Unable to process document

This occurs immediately after upload. I've tried:

• Using PDFs and Word docs (<10MB)

• Uploading from different browsers (Chrome, Edge)

• Disabling all browser extensions

• Clearing cache and logging in again

No further details are given. The file appears in my submission queue, but status stays stuck on “Processing Error.”

Has anyone experienced this? Is there a known fix—maybe file metadata issues or backend timeouts?
