My institution uses the LTI 1.3 Turnitin integration with Canvas LMS. The school is in the Eastern Time Zone, but I work remotely in the Central Time Zone. Turnitin converts all the assignment dates/times to my time zone (CST). This makes me have to manually convert the times in my head when creating assignments and when determining how late a student submission was. This process is liable to error on the grader's part. It would be great if Turnitin gave administrators the option to automatically display all assignment times in the institution's time zone or at least made it more clear to the user which time zone the times are in.
