Sentence starters - Peer review and feedback
It shouldn't surprise anyone that there are a lot of former educators working at Turnitin; it just makes sense at an educational technology company!
So when the Teaching and Learning Innovations team (TLI) has a new instructional resource pack in the planning stages, we talk to the other educators in house. In all the 15-20 calls we had with them, every single one said they wished they had sentence starters ... and so, the new pack has sentence starters!
For those who may be unclear how these could be used, start with the Guide to using sentence starters in multiple settings.
Working in-person with students?
Working remotely?
Synchronously?
Asynchronously?
Writing center?
Pro tip: the sentence starters themselves are linked out in the guide!
This resource can be found in the Planning resources section on our Peer Review and Feedback instructional resources pack landing page.
