Is it possible to restrict access to certain Turnitin assignments through Blackboard?

My head of centre is interested in creating a single BB module for all summative assignments across all of our modules. He’d like only, say, Maths tutors to be able to view the Turnitin assignments created for Maths students.

Is this, or something like it, possible? 

Any help much appreciated.
