Rubric import - not all copied across

I used the button in a New Standard Turnitin assignment to import all my rubrics (in Blackboard) - I have over 30 but only about 15 imported in - should not all automatically come over? Advice welcome on next step (run import again, or how to reach out for technical support)? Thanks

    There may be a copy limit, and there has also been some bugs, so I would definitely log a call with support.

    Hi Damien, thanks again for raising this! Our team has identified and resolved the issue that was affecting the rubric import process. The missing rubrics should now import successfully — please try running the import again and let us know if everything comes through as expected.

      I have rerun the rubric import process and the all rubrics have been imported.
