Explore the benefits of the newest account usage report release
We’ve recently released a new Usage Report that will provide more transparency into the actual product usage across your institution to help you plan license expansion accordingly.
Administrators can access the data when it’s required from within their native dashboards (web application). In other words, there’s no need to send data export requests every time you need more details on product usage!

The metadata provided can be filtered by custom period and exported in .CSV or .MLSX. The reports will include an overview of the submissions made via native flow and integrations. Having this information at hand will benefit institutions in many ways. Administrators will be able to:
● Identify cases of underused product licenses
● Help struggling instructors navigate through the product with more confidence
● Spot overuse cases and plan license expansion in the future depending on the institution’s evolving needs
● Track who contributed the most/least to the submission number
● Find out how many users are actively using the product within a certain integration type
● Schedule additional training sessions (in cooperation with Turnitin) for those who haven’t started taking advantage of the product
