Ever since we integrated Canvas into our account in October, when students have created an account for non-Canvas classes through their student email, when they sign into canvas it creates an additional username and account. I have downloaded rosters of students enrolled in classes without Canvas and students who are--we have almost 600 duplicate students. We're a smaller high school with less than 1300 students but we currently have 1410 enrolled through our turnitin.com license. Students who are new to our school are unable to login because there is not space. Is there a way to fix this problem?
