Marks not showing in Canvas or in feedback studio but in the TII assignment box?

Instructor is marking in feedback studio using anonymous marking, and a quantitative rubric but the marks are not pushing back through to the Canvas Marks page. They are showing in the Turnitin assignment box, but are disappearing from the Feedback studio page, and not pushing through to Speedgrader. Feedback date has not been met. Is this happening to anyone else? Intergration is through the external LTI in Canvas. Anyone got a fix?
