I am an instructional coach that serves as one of the admin for Turnitin for our building. I have had 2 teachers that are experiencing the same problem. I have tried to problem solve with them both individually and their students. Here is the description of the problem from each teacher: 

- Teacher A: "I can make a classroom, and I can make assignments. My students have been able to log in and make accounts. However, when they go to upload their document to my assignment section, they don't see it there. On my end, I can totally see the assignment, and I can even upload it for them. Not sure what the issue is, but other people in our department are having a similar problem!"

- Teacher B: "Most of my students were not able to assess the assignments on turnitin. I made both assignments so far in turnitin and it will be listed on my end but not there for students. The students are able to join the class on turnitin but cannot see that there are any assignments made. Only a few students are able to see any of the assignments in our turnitin class. I had to submit the papers on their behalf."

Any suggestions or solutions?
