Can't Import Rubrics

 I keep getting the above message when I try to import the rubrics.  I have tried this both in Google CHrome and Microsoft Edge.  I get the same message.

    Hi !

    Apologies for the delay in response. If this happens again, please make sure your rubric meets Turnitin’s import requirements:

    • Accepted file types: .xlsx, .csv, .rbc

    • Criteria & scale titles: max 25 characters each

    • Scale limit: up to 20

    • Criteria limit: up to 50
