AI detection tool

Hello everyone

I have an issue that when i click of the AI icon to get the AI report it downloads a file named 'awo-usw2.integrity.turnitin' , when i try to install it a message says "This app can't run of your PC to find  a version for your PC , check with the software publisher " , anyone have this issue and how to resolve it ?

    Ahmed Abdulmunem We have been experiencing some issues with downloading reports, please recheck and let me know if you are still having problems.

    Dear Gill Rowell 
    The problem still persist when I click on AI icon option the APP 'awo-usw2.integrity.turnitin' downloaded and can't be installed and the same message pop up, only the percentage of AI detection shown

      Ahmed Abdulmunem I believe this may be a bug. Please reach out to the Support team by emailing tiisupport@turnitin.com They will be able to advise you about how to resolve.

      HASAN AZOOZ Dear Hasan Azooz , I have resolved this issue by disabling Internet download maneger which I use,  you can disable whatever application you use to download files and rely on the browser to download files for AI reports.
