Turnitin Similarity and AI report issue
Hi,
I have submitted my research paper to check similarity and AI detection. A complete research paper is written by me with my acceptable English skills ( I am not a Native Speaker). Surprisingly, Turnitin says 52% of content is generated by AI. Really? I spent a number of days writing a paper. what is the issue? please rectify or clarify.
Also, a few days back, I submitted another paper to check similarity and AI, and at the first submission, the paragraphs appeared as human-written, and while submitting it for the third time, Turnitin shows certain paragraphs are AI-generated. (In the first and second submissions, it was considered as human-written written and third submission shows AI generated). I submitted all documents with the No Repository option to avoid any duplication. So now i have big doubt on Turnitin about how it check the paper similarity and AI similarity. I am raising this issue and looking for a solution. If you need any evidence of above instances then I cam provide.

Sometimes, false positives can occur in text with little structural variation, repeated phrases, or paraphrased content without new ideas. It’s best to review results in context and consider your knowledge of the student’s work.
