Error Message when uploading to My Reports

Trying to upload files into a report, but I keep receiving an "Oops" message. The files are all in either word or PDF, and are between 3100 KB and 25 KB. Any advice on how to run this report would be greatly appreciated!

    I suggest sending an email to our Support team tiisupport@turnitin.com as you will be able to discuss confidential details that you should not mention on this forum.
    In your email, please state your institution's URL, eg: institutionname.turnitin.com
    Please also add your description and screenshot from above, along with any other details that might help their investigation (number of files, any other error or pop-up, etc).
    If you need help composing this email, let me know and I can connect you to your local Professional Services rep (I am the rep for Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong).
