I can't find my older classes and there is not "add class" button.

    Hi  ,

    If a Turnitin account hasn’t been accessed for six months or more, it will be automatically locked for security purposes. Instructors will need to reset their password first, and once logged in, they may see a message stating that their account is locked and that they should contact their account administrator.

    For instructors without active classes, the ‘Add Class’ button will not be available while the account is locked. Since administrators also can lock accounts, we recommend reaching out to your Turnitin account administrator to check your access and request reactivation if needed.
