Navigation Arrows Missing?

On the top bar, I cannot scroll left and right between student submissions in my group. I've used Turnitin for over 10 years and never seen this before!

Normally, there are left and right arrows - where do I find this setting to turn it on?

    Do you maybe have more than 1000 students? We logged this with Turnitin 2 years ago and they just replied that they are not going to fix it :(

       Yeah mate, almost 1300 in the unit, but only 35ish per class. SURELY, it can be grouped by class?!?! What's even more bizarre is the arrows flash up when you open a students submission and then disappear!
